The Sjobergs Universal Anvil slips into the dog holes along the edge of your workbench for working with metal or to protect the top during heavy pounding. It can easily be moved to different positions depending on your needs: over the trestle leg for the sturdiest support when hammering, or in the middle when full access to the vises is needed. The lug is adjustable to fit a range of workbenches with both 3/4'' and 1'' diameter dog holes.
