Wanted to cut out toy cars from 2x4 stock without going to the band saw because of all the curves with small diameter. These blades cut through the pine like butter leaving a pretty smooth edge that required only what I would call touch up sanding. I recommend these for thicker stock. Work just as good on .75 hardwood stock. Will buy them again

Hang on, These blades are terrific.
I have three scrollsaws and tried the blades in all of them. I cut up to 1 3/4" hard wood and they cut fast, smooth and even. Every scroller should have a pack of these blades as you never know when you will be cutting thick wood to perfection. These are the blades we have been looking for. TERRIFIC

just got my first scroll saw for making rocking horses. I've made two using a jigsaw and a band saw with too small a throat. The blades with my saw just weren't working. This is a DeWalt DW788 and should to the job. The reviews on these lead me to believe these are the answer. I'll let you know how they work
