Perfect size
Although this is billed as a router table fence port, I'm using it on my Ridgid 4512 Table saw, connecting it to my shop vac, and it works perfectly. Very little cleanup after woodworking these days.

It works for my application
It is a 2-1/2" diameter dust collection hose. I needed it to connect my Milwaukie Compound Sliding Miter saw dust port to my dust collector. It worked just fine. I added a Rockler 2-1/2'' Swiveling Hose Adapter to each end.

The reason I got this type is that it is not a "slinky" type of hose. The "slinky" type of hose has too much resistance and drops the suction too low. This hose worked much better.

Is there available a right hand screw on fitting with an OD of 2-1/4"? That's the size needed to fit my existing fence.

BEST ANSWER: We don't have a screw on fitting but we do have a swivel fitting. item #31660 the larger size is 2-1/2" and fits on the hose and the other end is 2-1/4" OD
