Building jigs an fixtures? Get this!
Made a table saw sled. These bars are so much better than something I would make from wood. Very adjustable for a perfect tight fit.

Decent enough, but rather pricey.
Installs easily, remains relatively straight after two months of use. The issues experienced after loosening the expansion nuts following the initial setup renders these a one-time, one-jig setup. If you’re looking to possibly use these across multiple jigs and platforms (e.g. multiple tablesaws/routers), then you’re better off buying more or simply making your own hardwood slides. As a dedicated jig set (you should definitely purchase two), they work well enough, although they are priced relatively high for the grade of aluminum you receive. That said, I’ve been able to maintain my crosscut sled runout at less than 0.0011” for two months of moderate use (full kitchen remodel).

Full Disclosure: I am not a full-time woodworker, simply a humble engineer with a habit of making sawdust.

Not enough adjustment
The miter slot adjustment is a hex screw that plastically deforms the aluminum track. I cranked it all the way down (max width) and there is still too much slop in it (Bosch 4000). The Rockler aluminum miter bar works much better.

What track can I use this miter slider bar? And How long is it?
Evandrof18 on Oct 14, 2016
BEST ANSWER: This miter slider bar is designed to fit a standard 3/4" wide miter slot in a table saw. It is approximately 24" long. I built a crosscut sled using these slider bars, and it works great... be sure to lubricate the slider and the slot.
I have a craftsman 10 in 15 amp table saw will this work on it ?
Crystal D on Jan 29, 2018
I have a craftsman table saw. The miter slot has a tab on each side at the top that runs the full length of the slot. I want to build a miter sled. Will the Micro work?
Jimbo on Jan 5, 2017
BEST ANSWER: Will not fit in my dad's Craftsman that has those tabs. That slot is about 41/64" and the tabs narrow down to just a hair over 1/2".
How do you adjust the width to get a snug fit?
Duane H on Jul 30, 2017
BEST ANSWER: I was able to make it snug by just adjusting the screws..in the track...bob
Does this fit a porter cable table saw 10 inch ? Model #3812
Salvador C on Feb 18, 2017
BEST ANSWER: I don't know about Porter Cable but it fits my Delta. I think the miter slots are pretty standard on most table saws. check your measurements. they should be 3/4 inch wide by 3/16 inch deep.
