Awesome Sled for the price
I use this all the time, the angle guage is a little off at 45 but that is why I always use my digital one to confirm, zero is perfect once set. I would recommend getting the fall off board as it would sure help. I don't have it and have had a couple pieces catch the blade and kick back so I now use one with no problems. it sure beats the 1x4 freisbee.

Slipped in track after tightening as best I could. Tried self-adhesive sandpaper but it was too thick. Ended up inserting a flathead 1/4-20 bolt, tightening the nut to spread the aluminum a little, test fitting and eventually, after a few tries, everything worked perfectly.

Slipped in track at first even with much tightening, used 3M spray glue to adhere sand paper to edges. Worked great afterwards with less tightening required. I use sandpaper on many jigs to obtains easy friction of parts.
