This chamfer bit can be used to apply a beveled edge to cabinetry and furniture elements, or to chamfer the edge joints for multi-sided objects. With a 30 degree angle, it's perfectly suited for hexagonal barrels or columns, and you can also use it to build segmented turning blanks.
