I ordered a new stock replacement on my powermatic disk belt sander. For $27 from an oem parts dealer.. 4 weeks of waiting, and they informed me that it was out of stock...

I remember seeing the universal one that rockler sells. I went ahead and gave it a shot for $9.00...

It arrived a few days later. I had to modify the hole patten a bit to get the fastener pattern to lane up. I used a 1/8” router bit on my router table to slot the hole pattern slightly... It fit like a glove.

Plastic is hard and of good quality for the price. A 4” holes slips right on to the business end with a little effort..

I’d recomend to anyone that wants a good alternative to dealing with expensive and unscrupulous parts dealers on the internet. It’s exactly what it says it is...

Excellent product.
The whole series of Rockler Dust-Right products seem to be very high quality and well made. More importantly, everything mates well with the appropriate products within the Dust-Right system. I no longer am trying to make do with cutting and taping fittings that almost fit. I have thrown it all out and gone to the Dust-Right system. Managing dust is now much more effective and fun!

These are parts of my dust collecting system I'm about to finish.
The only problem I've had is that the schedule 20 PVC pipe we get here in Puerto Rico, is considerable thinner than the diameter the fittings come for; so a couple of rings (shims) of the same pipe fit between the pipe and the fittings and it works very good. A lot more work though.

BEST ANSWER: It will not work directly. I used it with a Rockler Dust Right Quick Connect 4'' Elbow. So you would need a Dust Right connection for it to work with the dust right handle. Hope this helps.
