worked fine
Used these on five drawers for basement bar cabinets. Did not have any templates and they seemed to mount and work OK. Drawer size is very specific so will not work for a retrofit application. Only real issue I had was I have a little too much setback from the front of the cabinet (my fault) and it makes it a little tough to lock them in place when putting the drawer back in after removal. For 15 inch slides there is approx 3" of the back part of the drawer left in the cabinet at full extension. You just need to decide if you want to pay more for full extension. I did not.

I would use these again..

Decent but spend the extra on the better Blum slides.
I got these thinking they would be equivalent to the 563h but only 7/8 exposure. For some reason the slide offset is different that what the jig it uses. Also there is no tilt adjustment. I think I would skip these and buy the 563h instead next time. The motion is good. Just harder to mount and adjust. Still better than other 20 dollar slides.

Not what I expected
It was a great price but it didn't work out I installed the slides, installed the boxes & everything worked fine. When I installed the drawer fronts they wouldn't close properly! While they are large drawers they are well within the weight specs. I just looked into the docs & it says not to be used with inset drawers. I don't know why it makes a difference as long as the setback is correct but apparently it does.

Blum 21" tandem edge ? extension drawer slides
I heard some good things about Blum products and wanted my kitchen cabinets to have undercount hardware. My carpenter and I went down to the Rockler store to get in person advice on how this system works. Jack was nice enough pointed out a couple things on drawer construction and said the instructions would be in the box. Got home and they were not in the box. The Rockler staff said you had to go online for the instructions. Like a job site would have a computer exposed to loads of dust onsite. Finally got instructions printed out. Four pages. No info on the depth of the drawer. Faulty info on where to mount hardware for face frame drawers, says to mount ?" from front of cabinet. Well the front of the drawer will be ¾ inch thick so will protrude instead of line up flush with the cabinet front. Carpenter built first drawer to be 1" shy of the depth of the cabinet. Will not work. It appears the best I can get out of this system is an 18" deep drawer in a 24" deep cabinet.
Called the Rockler store again. Was told there are further instructions on the website under technical documents. Blum Tandem Drawer Slide instructions and Blum Tandem Drawer Slide Install. About 14 pages in all. Nope. Just the four we found online yesterday exist on the website. This is incredibly frustrating not to mention expensive to pay my carpenter for faulty and non existent instructions.

What does this 7/8 extension mean?
Marty on Feb 11, 2020
BEST ANSWER: The drawer pulls out 7/8ths of the way. Part of the drawer 1/8th stays recessed in the cabinet. Spend the extra money and buy the 563h full extension. They have made adjustments.
