Cabinet Door Shaping
The Router Bit worked out and I was able to duplicate the door profile. The corner plane worked good to do the final shape of the door profile, but there is learning curve so be patient and test on a scrap piece of wood first.

Special thank you to the wood working professional for the time and expertise needed to solve my shaping issue.

The router bit arrived properly packaged and protected from potential shipping damage and rust. The bit performed as expected. It even contained an additional bearing to allow a slightly different profile.

good quality tool
the only drawback for me is that the set screw holding the bearing in place appears to be metric.

need to cut 1/4 of a 7/8 circle. What size cove bit do I need?
Russell F on May 27, 2015
BEST ANSWER: Referring to the picture shown and assuming that is the type of cut you are performing, you would need a 7/16 inch radius bit or half of your 7/8 inch circle.
