With its shimmering, wavy grain, Curly Maple could be called the Goldilocks of the wood world. These blanks are selected for the best curly figure and even color. With sharp tools, the wood turns well, and finish will really make the grain ''pop.'' If different colors are desired, using dyes will give stunning results. If a natural look is desired, but with maximum shimmer, we recommend oil finishes such as tung oil or boiled linseed oil.
