Nice product at a good price
Nice product and my Dust Right handle fits this Elbow. Also looks like you can slide a hose onto the narrow end (the handle slides over the narrow end onto the fatter portion and fits snuggly.

I purchased the Dust Right 4'' Quick Connect 4" Elbow on dust hood for my radial arm saw table and it worked just perfectly! It makes a simple 90 degree turn to remove all of the wood chips to my shop vacuum instantly and I am very satisfied with it!

Works Great
I can't get to the back of table saw for connect/disconnect plus simply bolted in the dust hose kinked it. I bought this elbow and so far it is working just fine. I have it connected to the out-port of the saw then to a 4 inch hose.

Woodworking Experience:
Perfect for bench top tools
I have a bench top planer and a jointer. These elbows are a perfect fit for both. I tried the straight connection which put the hose connection in the way of the out feed. She elbow eliminated the problem. And the rubber connector gave the assembly enough rigidity to hold everything in place. Great product.

For my Dewalt DW735x Planer
John G on Sep 3, 2019
I chose this item because it will allow me to exit my planer and sander at a 90 degree angle, which will keep the hose from interfering with the exit path of my work.

How many inches des this stick out from the table saw port? I am building an outfeed table and need to know how much space it needs between the table saw and the side of the cabinet. Thanks
Gary C on Aug 20, 2016
BEST ANSWER: I have the commercial grade Saw Stop table saw and it has a secondary exhaust tube for the saw blade, therefore combined, my elbow extends out 10 1/2" from the back of my saw
What is the outside dimension of the male end and the inside of the female end?
Samuel D on Dec 12, 2016
BEST ANSWER: Male end 3.9295 at it's widest point. Female end 4.060 to 3.9200 since it is rubber it isn't round.
do these swivel or are they fixed?
Steven E on Jun 27, 2015
BEST ANSWER: They do not swivel. They will rotate if you do it gently. I like them, because it makes moving the hose so easy. I have a fitting on everything with the hand connector on the dust collector hose. It make life a lot easier to move things around.
Does the 4" Dust Right handle fit over the male end of the elbow snugly ?
Bill H on May 31, 2017
BEST ANSWER: Yes, it fits the same as other dust right fittings, as snugly as you would want and still be able to pull the handle off and move it to another machine. I have this four inch elbow on the back of my spindle sander which is up against the wall so the elbow was necessary to attach the handle.
will this elbow connect to the wall mounted main unit?
dan t on Aug 26, 2015
Dust Right® Quick Connect 4'' Elbow
Dust Right® Quick Connect 4'' Elbow
Dust Right® Wall Mount Dust Collector
Dust Right® Wall Mount Dust Collector
BEST ANSWER: The end of the elbow with the two clamps fits a 4" exterior diameter pipe/hose. Since the specs on the wall unit say it has a 4" intake, it should fit just fine. The clamped end is made of flexible rubber and seals to the pipe/hose/intake as you tighten the clamps. That said, the other end is made to fit the Dust Right handle.
Will this connect directly to the dust right router table dual port fitting (#20225)?
Franz E on Dec 22, 2016
BEST ANSWER: Yes, it will connect. I have this set-up on my router/table saw combo.
Will this attach to a Powermatic 66 dust port?
Steve J on Jan 7, 2016
BEST ANSWER: It fits a standard 4' port, so if the Powermactic port is 4" you should be good to go. The band where the two clams are is flexible to compress around the port. As long as the port sticks out 2-3 inches, it should work.
Can I use this in a bathroom exhaust fan ducting system?
MARK A on Oct 25, 2017
BEST ANSWER: Yes, I suppose you could, but I am not sure why would want to. Most bathroom plumbing is 3” and metal fittings from a home store are MUCH less expensive.
Can this be extended with a dust right straight connector instead of the dust right handle? I'd like to connect this to a Dewalt planer with a dust right bag, but want to have the piping clear the outfeed tables. Which dust right part would I need?
Charles C on Aug 1, 2019
BEST ANSWER: Funny you should ask, I did exactly what you are wanting to do. Well almost. I use this connector on my Dewalt planer. I have the elbow point to one side and I connect a 4" dust collector hose to it and it works very well. I did make sure that the bands are tight enough to keep the elbow from moving. Hope this helps.
I have a dewalt thickness planer, I need a 45 or 90 degree elbow, the port coming out of the planer is 4 inch outside, what do you have? ray
Raymond L on Aug 26, 2016
BEST ANSWER: I have this elbow but the swivel one and the dust tight handle. Works like a charm but had to build a small support because the elbow and the handle plus the hose weight is pretty heavy and I was afraid it would break off the outlet fitting of the Dewalt.
I have built a dust collector with a 35 gal plastic drum that I got from the local car wash. I use part 34367 for the connectors, I would like to know if this 4" quick connect elbow port will connect and keep the hoses from kinking?
William H on Feb 1, 2016
BEST ANSWER: It will direct the hose in the direction it's aimed. Rockler does have another fitting that will rotate to keep the hose from twisting
What is the distance from the top of the female end with the fittings to the bottom of the elbow? My table saw has a leg bar 5 inches below the dust port and I need to know if this will fit. Thanks
