An excellent bit.
Used it to on a 24" square cut of 3/4" oak veneer plywood, to cut a 1-1/8" radius on the four corners, in prep to cut a profile on the edge. The finished cut was smooth, making it easier to cut the finished profile.

Why did you choose this?
Rockler Store
Going to use this bit for the round corner template that I bought from Rockler. It's starting to look they got a racket where I buy one item and then need to buy three more companion items to make the original item work.

I have a 3/8" deep dado that I need to trim Formica back from. My problem is finding a trim router bit with the clearance between the bottom of the nut holding the guide bearing on to the lower edge of the cutting flutes less than 3/8".The catalog only gives shank and bearing diameters and length of cutting edge. Anyone know of a bit that will meet my needs?
Bruce B on Apr 14, 2019
BEST ANSWER: Bruce, maybe I am not understanding your issue, but it sounds like you want to cut a dado which is between two outer edges, a trim bit is used to trim the outside of an edge of a workpiece like a countertop or table. The guide allows you to cut flush to the face while not allowing the bit to go too deep. So, if I were to cut a 3/8 dado with a router I would use a 3/8 end mill, which has no guide bearing. I would attach a straight edge in parallel you my dado. The straight edge becomes the guide, so there is no need for a guide bearing. Hope this helps.
