Would be better if it had a bushing so the shims wouldn't be damaged by the arbor threads. But other than that it works OK.

Dado, different height outer blades
(More or less happy with set, but the difference in height between the outer blades (higher) than the chippers, has seemed to create rather large lines in my cross cut. Wondering if I got a bad set or if this is common on these models.

(i accidentally posted this review on the box cutter set from freud, sorry!)
seems the marks are definately coming from outerblades, not the chippers.

I have a Craftsman 10 inch table saw mode 113299040 will the Freud dado set number sd2088 dado set work?
John L on Apr 28, 2017
BEST ANSWER: I have an older Freud 8inch dado set and have used it for years with my craftsman’s table saw. I’m pretty sure this one will fit your saw.
How flat does it really cut? Is it almost flat, or 'sort of' flat. Does it have the 'batwings' from a ATB cutter?
Ewing W on Dec 28, 2017
BEST ANSWER: I'm getting a very flat dado cut. There seem to be a few thousandths of flatness variation, but it seems to be fine for my purposes.
will it work with saw stop ?
Jeff T on Jun 9, 2017
BEST ANSWER: Yes, this is compatible with the Sawstop. Works great!
Will this work with Dewault DW745 portable saw table?
Philip on Feb 1, 2019
BEST ANSWER: As long as you have a 10" table saw. It should work. I have a 10" Fire Storm by Black & Decker which can be portable or mounted on a stand. I currently have mounted on a stand. I used the DADO with no issued.
Are the blades and chippers resharpen able?
DaveB on Jan 28, 2019
BEST ANSWER: Yes. Normal carbide teeth. Sharpen them yourself or send out.
