Easiest glaze to use and looks rustic over any color!
I love this water-based glaze! Much easier to work with than an oil-based

The glaze is a great color for just about any vase coat. Does dry quickly so if you need to work with it a little I would recommend an additive or applying over a single coat of sealer if you are using flat or chalk paint so you have more time to wipe off excess glaze.

Can I use this over stain?
Jim W on Sep 3, 2019
BEST ANSWER: Yes you can. I would suggest applying a clear coat over the stain first before applying the Glaze Effects. If you just apply the Glaze over a stain it will act like a second coat of stain and just darken the whole piece. By having the clear coat in between the stain and the glaze it will allow you to wipe off the excess on the flat surfaces and just leave the glaze in the crevasses for accents.
