Hinge Cup Spacers for BLUMotion Clip Top Hinges

Allows BLUMotion Clip Top Hinges to be used with hinge cup hole less than 13mm deep. The spacers fill in the gaps for a solid interface. Often necessary for retrofitting or for thinner doors and narrow stiles where drilling a 13mm cup hole risks boring through the face of the door (e.g. if the door's thickness is reduced by a profiled edge).
