Kreg ACS Project Table Top

The Kreg ACS Project Table Top lets you quickly and precisely position solid stock and sheet goods for cutting with your Kreg Plunge Saw and 62'' Guide Track (both sold separately). A major innovative feature of the top is the convenient hinge mechanism that lifts your Guide Track above the table so you can position your workpiece beneath it and remove it after cutting. Since the Guide Track remains in the same place, a kerf in the table shows where the cut line will always be, and acts as a chip breaker for the bottom side. That means splinter-free cuts on both sides of the workpiece. Precisely positioned dog holes in the top make it easy to position Versa-Stops, while the scales and stops make it easy to perform repeated cuts.

Simply lay the aluminum Guide Track where you want to cut, and it stays in place without clamps while the Plunge Saw rides along the track, producing a smooth, straight, splinter-free cut. The saw offers a powerful 12A motor with load compensation, variable speed and an electronic brake, plus a fully shrouded blade, retractable riving knife and an innovative switchable anti-kickback feature. An integral dust port and included bag let you collect chips to minimize mess, or connect a vacuum hose if desired.

Kreg ACS Project Table Base

The Kreg ACS Project Table Base offers solid support for the Adaptive Cutting System Project Table Top (#65683, sold separately). It allows you to roll the entire cutting system into a corner for compact vertical storage or onto the bed of your truck for transport. Large rubber wheels and folding handles make it easy to roll over varying terrain. Constructed from heavy-gauge steel for durability. Positive locking supports keep the legs open, while catches hold everything in place against the underside of the table during storage or transport. Adjustable levelers let you fine-tune the height, and eliminate rocking on uneven floors.

Kreg ACS 62'' Guide Track

Guide your Kreg ACS Plunge Saw (sold separately) along this smooth, precision 62'' Guide Track and enjoy arrow-straight, splinter-free cuts. The extruded aluminum track features an anti-chip strip that prevents splintering on the top side of the cut, while anti-slip strips hold the track in place without the need for clamps. Low-friction glide strips guide the saw smoothly along the track. The zero-offset design aligns the edge of the track exactly with the cutline to ensure easy, accurate positioning. A cord manager helps guide the saw cord while cutting, as well as a dust-collection hose if the saw is connected to a shop vacuum.

Kreg's ACS Rip Guides attach quickly and easily to your ACS Guide Track (sold separately) to provide accurate, repeatable cuts up to 13'' wide in solid wood, plywood, and other sheet goods. They are used when cutting without the ACS Project Table, and eliminate the hassle and potential inaccuracies of measuring and marking every cut. Rip Guides lock onto the 62'' Guide Track, and have aluminum bars that extend under the track. That makes it possible to lock in the desired measurement up to 13'', and then make one or many cuts at the same setting. Sold as a pair.

Kreg ACS Versa-Stops

Versa-Stops fit precisely into the holes machined in your ACS Project Table (sold separately). Install them in whatever configuration you need to position your work for 90° and 45° cuts. This set of four is the same assortment that is included with the Adaptive Cutting System Project Table: two tall (3/4'' projection) and two short (5/16'' projection). The short models are designed to slip easily under the Guide Track, while the tall models are used elsewhere on the Project Table, providing additional vertical contact. Made from durable anodized aluminum.

Kreg ACS Splinter Guards

This pack of three replacement Kreg Splinter Guards will ensure scores of splinter-free cuts. Each Splinter Guard mounts in the shroud of your Adaptive Cutting System (ACS) Plunge Saw, acting as a zero-clearance insert for the non-track side of the blade. When used on the Guide Track, it ensures splinter-free cuts on both sides of the blade. Over time, as cutting forces wear away at the Splinter Guard, the guard may not fit as tightly against the blade. Replacing the Splinter Guard restores splinter-free cutting on this side of the blade. Includes three Splinter Guards.

Extension Brackets for Kreg ACS Project Table Kit

Use these brackets to add an extension table to your Adaptive Cutting System Project Table (e.g. #69044, sold separately). Just clip them into the aluminum perimeter of the Project Table and slide in some 2x4s, which can be supported at the other end by a Kreg® Track Horse, Mobile Project Center, or another work support. Handling large sheets of plywood and long boards will be far easier. Made from thick steel, the brackets can position the 2x4s in two ways: flush with the surface of the Project table, or 3/4'' below the surface, which lets you add a plywood top to the enlarged table. Holes in the sides of the brackets let you drive the included screws into the 2x4s. Sold as a pair.
