Designed with simplicity and versatility in mind, the Rockler HVLP Finishing Sprayer is ideal for DIYers and woodworkers looking for a smooth, professional-quality finish in very little time. It's great for applying varnishes, urethanes, stains, sealants, water-based lacquers, milk paints and latex paints (some thinning may be required). Thanks to Earlex® high-volume, low-pressure technology (HVLP), it applies these materials with minimal overspray. The kit includes two nozzle/container combos to suit your project. The Control Spray Pressure-Feed Nozzle features a 2.5mm needle for spraying thin to thicker materials such as water- and oil-based latex paint, stains and clear coats, plus an 800 mL cup that provides plenty of capacity without excessive weight. The Gravity-Feed Nozzle features a 1.5mm needle for spraying thinner materials such as water- and oil-based stains, lacquers, and some paints, plus a compact 600mL cup for improved maneuverability in tight spaces. The spray pattern is adjustable from 1'' to 8'' wide, and the 15' flexible hose lets you move around your project with ease. When you’re done spraying, the Lock-N-Go handle lets you quickly connect and disconnect the container for easy color changes or cleaning.

    Features:

    • Innovative Lock-N-Go handle lets you quickly switch between the Control Spray Pressure-Feed Nozzle and Gravity-Feed Nozzle
    • Gravity-Feed Nozzle with 1.5mm needle and 600 mL cup is great for fine finishing and tight spray control with thinner coatings
    • Control-Spray Pressure-Feed Nozzle with 2.5mm needle and 800 mL cup is great for thin or thick coatings on broader surfaces
    • Gravity-feed cup covers 55 square feet per fill; pressure-feed cup covers 70 square feet per fill
    • Gravity-feed cup features integrated wire stand to keep spray gun upright when not in use
    • 15 ft. high-flex hose provides 30 ft. working area for easy movement around your work area
    • 700W 2-stage turbine provides strong, smooth airflow for optimum atomization
