You can even use it to replace the magnetic catch plate on one of your cabinet doors.

Woodworking Experience:
Great product, used these in hockey pucks.
These are a little pricey, but are fun woodworking projects and nice gifts. I used them to make bottle openers out of hockey pucks, but they would be perfect in wood projects too.

Woodworking Experience:
Fantastic product. "Paw-ttle openers"
I got two sets of these bottle openers and couldn't be happier with the quality of the product.

I made bottle openers in the shape of dog and cat paws for Christmas presents for the animal lovers in the family. The color of the wood is the closest I could get to matching the fur color.

Woodworking Experience:
Clear instructions. Works great!
Used these to make themed bottle openers for my coworkers on my CNC router. Instructions on the packaging gave me all the parameters to make the right cuts, and installation was super easy. Works great for opening bottles too! Only downside is that you really do need a 3/4" thickness or the screws will poke out the other side. Makes for thick bottle openers.

Canoe Paddle openers
I bought this product before. They work great and make for an easy project/gift. I glued up some maple and walnut strips, shaped them in the form of a canoe paddle and attached the bottle opener. Very easy and well received.

I make bottle openers in the shape of Idaho. Good sellers at the stores I place them in and also sell well at craft shows in Idaho. I'm only doing 2 shows this year in Idaho because I've gotten very busy making other craft items.

I made bottle openers in the shape of a bottle, and shaped like Idaho. They sell well at craft shows. Didn't order enough (12) for a store I sell my wares at in downtown Boise for the Christmas season. Had 7 on the shelf plus the 12 inserts I ordered to make additional openers and sold out before Christmas.

Will this fit a baseball, if I cut the baseball in half?
Kimberly on May 16, 2018
BEST ANSWER: It should, its 2 inches in diameter and I'm guessing a baseball is at least 3 inchs.
How deep does the 1-1/8" clearance hole under the opener need to be?
Ralph B on Dec 11, 2017
BEST ANSWER: From my experience I'd say 3/8" minimum, for best results try 1/2"
