Dust Right Mountable Dust Hood, 14-3/4'' x 11-1/4'' Opening

Many wide-mouthed dust collection hoods can't stand upright for easy installation next to the tools they serve. Our Dust Right Mountable Dust Hood overcomes this problem with a variety of helpful attachment options. Made of sturdy ABS plastic, the hood features large side flanges with a series of keyhole slots and holes for #8 screws. These rows of holes are spaced 16'' on-center to fit between typical wall framing. The top flange has six #8 screw holes. The bottom flange is molded perpendicular to the hood's large opening for standing it upright, and it has both #8 screw holes and 5/16'' holes for attaching with lag screws, bolts or T-bolts for T-track use. This flange is also wide enough to grab with common clamps, and it has mounting holes that fit the posts of our Universal Fence Clamps (#75668, sold separately). With so many installation options, our Mountable Dust Hood will be easy to attach or clamp vertically to wall studs, benchtops, a lathe bed and more. 

The hood's rear port connects to a 4'' dust hose, blast gate or other dust collection fittings and our Dust Right 4'' Quick Change Handle (#55027, sold separately). A removable grate snaps in place to prevent larger offcuts and unwanted debris from entering the dust collection system.

• Large 11-1/4''W x 14-3/4''L front opening will help funnel the dust and debris from miter saws, lathes and other tools with poor dust collection
• Four wide flanges around hood's opening expand its vertical and horizontal mounting options
• Side flanges are perforated with holes and keyhole slots for #8 screws; rows are spaced 16'' on-center to fit between conventional wall framing
