3 Blade Shavehook
I have a century-old barn that needed a paint job. The surface had to be scraped and it was bad. I had used a triangle paint scraper before, but the Shavehook from Rockler was an amazing tool---we used two of them and the blades were sharp and strong, cutting through the peeling paint in record time. They made the job much easier.

Perfect tool for the job!
This was the ideal tool for giving age to my walnut wine bottle racks and other cabinetry in the cellar I'm crafting. After scraping and chipping, I used an awl to create the bore beetle look.
2 of 7cabinets for this project, with copper panels that will bounce light hidden behind stiles.

Add to tool chest to enhance wood working options. Refinishing a Mission Style Oak Chair and using Shave Hook to strip tight into the corners, which there are many. The previous owner had applied a green faux. The natural oak looks awesome and the tool worked great.

Can you use it to remove dried glue ?
Adam C on Nov 5, 2016
BEST ANSWER: Yes and no depend on the wood materials and the experience you have.Depend on what glue you working with. Some glue are easy to remove just sending it with sand paper.Same you can scrape it depend on the hardness on the wood materials you working on. Same are not very forgiven same are.The soft one may be adhere to the wood and trying to remove the glue to remove portion of the glue.So you have to evaluate and approche any problem you have diferently. I found easy to sand it cerfuly depend on the finish you plan to apply over the finished area
Can I order replacement blades?a
