When installed in your Tormek sharpener, this Extended Universal Support works just like the standard universal support that came with your machine, but it will let you use your Tormek jigs to sharpen tools with wider or taller blades, such as a meat cleaver, machete or long knife. Its threaded post features a micro-adjust dial for precise, repeatable setups.

- Elongated support lets you sharpen meat cleavers, machetes and other tools with wide or long blades using your Tormek jigs
- Fits T-8, T-7, T-4, T-3 and older Tormek sharpeners
- Threaded post with micro-adjust dial makes precise, repeatable setups easy
- Position support vertically for sharpening into the edge (edge leading), horizontally for sharpening away from the edge (edge trailing) or horizontally for honing with jigs
- Works with Multi-Base US-430 (#73666, sold separately) for sharpening on the side of diamond grinding wheels
