3-1/2'' Router Adapter Collar for Rockler Pro Lift

Lets you mount a router with a 3-1/2'' motor diameter to the Rockler Pro Lift (#52429 and #55803 sold separately).
Item #
57022
Rating:
88% of 100

This adapter sleeve reduces the opening of your Rockler Pro Lift router lift (#52429 and #55803 (coming soon), sold separately), allowing you to mount a smaller 3-1/2'' diameter motor. If you are unsure of your router motor's diameter, check the manual, or measure the circumference with a tailor's tape. Measuring the circumference is easier and more accurate than measuring the diameter. The reducer has an expansion gap, so it will fit motors measuring up to 1/8'' larger or smaller in diameter than the listed spec.

Accepts motors with 3-1/2'' diameter (11'' circumference), including:

  • Bosch 1617
  • Porter Cable 690 series
  • Porter Cable 890 series
  • Dewalt 616 and 618
  • Others

Installing the collar to the Rockler pro lif.
When I install the collar to the Dewalt 618 router and tighten the bolts, it was very hard to move the router up and down. I think the collar should be a little bit larger. Anyway l need to add some rubber to the collar.

What is the little Plastic Orange piece in with the Adapter Collar for? It may be black according to which Adapter Collar you have?
Butch B on Oct 11, 2018
BEST ANSWER: it slips into the slot in the ring (from the outside) enabling you to more easily insert the router
Does this fit the Bosch 1617EVS (not sure if that diameter is the same as the stated Bosch 1617)?
Marty F on Mar 11, 2020
BEST ANSWER: Yes, it's still a 1617. The EVS has to do with the bases and accessories that come with the router
I have a new dewalt 2.25 HP router and I bought the sleeve adapter for my pro lift. Why is my router sliding out of the pro lift? I have the bolts tightened as far as I can.
Kevin M on May 23, 2019
BEST ANSWER: check the diameter of the router and the pro lift. If it's close you can use a couple layers of masking tape to make up the difference.
