One plunge with this pen mill will clean out any glue residue inside the brass tube, and simultaneously flush and square the end of the tube with the blank. This provides a perfectly flat surface for the bushings and pen parts to seat against. Assembling your pen will be much easier, with parts that mate perfectly!
Barrel Cleaner/Pen Mill Details:
- Includes 3/4'' diameter barrel cutter for flushing ends of blanks with tubes
- Four pilot shafts included: 7mm, 'O' size, 3/8" and 10mm
- Adapter tube slips over the 7mm pilot shaft, increasing the diameter to fit tubes that require an 8mm diameter hole in the blank
