The Laguna 12|16 Expansion Set serves as two lathe accessories in one. It can be installed on the tailstock end as a bed extension, increasing the center to center distance from 15-1/2'' to 25-1/2''. It can also be mounted on the headstock end as an outboard turning table. In this application, the table sits several inches lower than the lathe bed, allowing for up to 16'' of throw. A tool rest extension and clamp are included to raise the tool rest to the proper level in this application.
