Crosscutting logs and squaring the ends is an essential first step for making bowl blanks and other turning projects. With the AccuRight® Miter Mill™ you'll be able to use your bandsaw to crosscut and square the ends of logs up to 9'' in diameter, or even larger, if your bandsaw can handle it. Simply place your log into the Miter Mill™ and position it for the desired width. The log is held in place by heavy gauge steel teeth. Use the knobs on the front jaws to adjust for various log sizes. The steel miter bar adjusts to fit standard 3/8'' x 3/4'' miter slots.
