Includes 6 shims in a range of thicknesses that work with almost any table saw and any table saw blade. Use the shims to calibrate your saw blade for a consistent cut. You can shim each of your saw blades to the right setting so each and every cut is perfectly aligned with the fence. Just rip a small piece with your saw blade, measure the width with a caliper and make up for any difference using the shims. They are also handy for aligning your saw blade with the riving knife or splitter system.
