Woodworking Experience:
So many jigs, so little time.
I use these to create jigs, mostly for routing. The many t-track accessories allows me to accurately and quickly create repeated actions. The dimensions and straightness is far easier to work with than any type of lumber in creating my jigs.
Also works great with miter saw, table saw and router tables.
I'll probably be getting a few more as I expand my shop.

Woodworking Experience:
Can't go wrong with Rockler
I needed a perfectly true fence for my recent Incra miter gauge. This fit the bill perfectly. It did not rake long to true the gauge once I installed the multi track to the face. I am well pleased with the results. Used 21" for the table saw and the balance went to the miter gauge on my Rockler router table.

Multiple uses
I have a couple different lengths used throughout my shop. I use it as a fence on my miter gauge, I was using one on my old table saw, I use a short length as my drill press fence and another short length as a poor man's fence on my bandsaw. I even use it for a straight edge at times.

Will the Multi-track support the Kreg flipstops? Thanks
Mark B on Jul 8, 2015
BEST ANSWER: I use the Kreg flipstops on a multi-track installed on the fence of a crosscut jig and also on an extended Ridgid R4512 table saw ripping fence. The table saw fence has a built-in T track which I use to extend the height of the fence using Rockler 11/4X2-inch L mounting brackets to mount a 2-inch multi-track 36 inches long..
I'm considering using this material for a router table fence. Can it be cut for a dust port?
cjgiz on Dec 30, 2015
BEST ANSWER: Yes. I drilled corner holes and then cut with my Bosch Jigsaw and a good metal cutting blade. Worked really well. I did clamp a straight edge as a guide and put down painters tape to keep from scratching the anodized multi-track. Clean up cut edges with a fine file or sandpaper.
Can you connect two 3" multi tracks side by side to get 6"?
Abe Y on Jun 5, 2018
BEST ANSWER: I think you can do this. If you look at their "L" brackets they do brace 2 tracks at 90 deg. If you used flat stock, (not sure if they sell that, check) or make your own you can put 2 side by side. I assume it is a fence, so having the flat stock on the non used side would work..

Paul O on Mar 2, 2018
How true is the face across 36"? Is it perfectly straight?
Michael W on Apr 5, 2020
BEST ANSWER: Within my ability to measure it yes. If I were a machinist with a calibrated surface plate it may be out a couple of thousands. For wood work it is very flat.
I need to cut the multi track to 28". What's the best way?
Robert P on Nov 29, 2017
BEST ANSWER: They are aluminum and cut very easily with a regular miter saw. Be careful of the sharp filings and edges.
What are the dimensions of the multitrack? Is an engineering drawing available?
Karl G on Jul 18, 2017
BEST ANSWER: T slots are .550 wide at the bottom or T slot .350 wide at the top and .308 deep. They will take Rocklers 5/16 t bolts. Good quality extrusion. Better then 80/20 brand.
Will Festool quick clamps fi into this?
Dave E on Sep 3, 2017
BEST ANSWER: Sorry I am not sure which Festool clamp you are referring to. Is it the one that fits on the Festool plunge saw track?Enter
How long are these tracks?
luyluy on Apr 27, 2017
BEST ANSWER: They come in multiple lengths - per the description on the site...
Do you have the moment of inertia in the X and Y axis?
Don C on Jun 22, 2020
BEST ANSWER: No we do not have the Second Moment of Inertia 'I' so you can determine the stiffness. Unfortunately you would have to calculate this yourself.
Can this product be used with the rockler precision miter gauge?
David M on Mar 23, 2020
BEST ANSWER: I use a section of multi-track attacked to a similar miter guage as a fence on my bandsaw. I do not see any reason you could not attach it to a Rockler Precision Miter Guage.
I have the Kreg KMS7101 miter gauge for my table saw will this bolt into the face of my miter gauge? I should have purchased the miter gauge with the fence but didn't know how much I would like it.
Ronald C on Mar 13, 2020
BEST ANSWER: Should work. Not sure what models I have but works on table saw and bandsaw fences.
I'm wanting to extend my Kreg precision miter gauge system,,it just goes 24" and I need it longer,,I don't think this track will do it but its the closes thing I have found,,Has anyone ever extended one ? Thanks
