Drawer Glides
I have a Ethan Allen dresser dating back at least to the seventies. The drawer glides were brittle cracked and broken. These were the perfect fix. Rockler was the only place I could find them, the box stores don't carry them.

I noticed my drawer seemed lower than it used to and my contractor told me the drawer guides had worn down (my house was built in 1969) which caused a small space between the top of the drawer and the wood cabinet. These are not exact and I think will be a little wide, but hopefully they will do the trick. I looked all over the internet and this was the closest I could find.

How many needed per drawer? Are they nailed near drawer opening?
Gerry on Jul 17, 2018
BEST ANSWER: I used 2 per drawer, right at the opening, to keep the drawer from dragging on the wood at the opening. They were rather large drawers (16" deep, 30" wide). I suppose you could use 2 more farther back to keep all of the drawer sides on them. You would have to place them so the back of the drawer does not go past the back ones when fully pulled out and is resting/sliding on all 4 at all times.
how many glides are in a pack?
d. v on Feb 23, 2018
BEST ANSWER: 8 Glides in the package
Can someone tell me how thick the plastic is? How many millimeters?
Janie H on Jan 25, 2017
BEST ANSWER: My drawers are loaded up and the guides would be hard to get to but to the best of my recollection about 3/32 of an inch
