• Knife measures about 12'' long from tip to butt and almost 3-1/2'' tall
• Rectangular, wide blade profile delivers deep chopping cuts but also is capable of precise slicing, mincing and dicing; side of blade is handy for crushing garlic and moving ingredients from cutting board to pan or pot
• Blade design allows for a long life of resharpening
• Bolster features 1/4'' roundovers on top and bottom so scales can be machined with a router to match bolster profile
• Two 1/4'' x 1-1/4'' stainless steel pins form a strong mechanical connection between scales and handle; slots in handle tang provide additional anchor points for epoxy
• Blade is about 2.7mm thick at spine
