Rockler Cross Dowel Drilling Jig

This Drilling Jig simplifies the process of drilling the holes needed for our Connector Bolts (e.g. #64170 and #43899, sold separately) and Cross Dowels (#31823, sold separately). Not only will the holes be straight and square, they'll also be properly located so that the knockdown hardware cinches up tight for a stable frame. Use it for sturdy, rack-free framing joints in 3/4'' material that can be easily disassembled later. The jig is compatible with Connector Bolts ranging from 2'' to 4-3/4'' long.

Cross Dowel Drilling Jig Details:

• Precisely locate the intersecting holes for strong knock-down joints using our Connector Bolts (e.g. #64170 and #43899) and Cross Dowels (#31823)
• Designed for use with 3/4'' material
• Made from reinforced plastic with hardened steel guide bushings
• Includes two HSS Split-Point Drill Bits—9/32'' diameter for the connector bolts, and 25/64'' diameter for the cross dowels—plus stop collars
• Molded markings help you set the guide for the length of your connector bolts
• Bushing in end of jig positions intersecting hole for connector bolts and helps keep bit straight
