Great addition to the contractor saw!
The mobile base was super easy to install. Just like putting the saw together, the hardware is numbered and instructions clear. I got it done in a snap and it works perfectly.

What about Sawstop's 30" outfeed table accessory and its mobile base makes them "incompatible"? I'm guessing that the outfeed table doesn't lift its feet off the ground when you lift up the cart. I bet I can mod the outfeed table to get around this problem. Does anybody have any insight?

BEST ANSWER: Thank you for your question about our 30" Outfeed Table. In response to your request, the OFT30 outfeed table isn’t compatible with the mobile base in that when you have the saw lifted to roll around, there is no additional support for that outfeed table so it can bend/break off. However, in September we are debuting our new TSA-FOT Folding Outfeed Table. Look for more info at www.sawstop.com/options.
Would this set up work on a dewalt DW746X hybrid saw?
ccavan78 on Feb 2, 2016
BEST ANSWER: Would not suggest using the SawStop mobile base for your DeWalt DW746X as the SawStop base is specifically made for their stand, leg design, etc. Everything in the kit is an exact fit to their saw and would be very difficult if not impossible to adapt to your saw. It would not be worth the effort or risk involved. I would suggest looking for a base designed for your specific saw. Regards
