Good tape
I’m rather new to woodworking but this tape does it’s job. Holds well and requires a putty knife to separate the work piece. Use it sparingly. Well satisfied.

Best double sided tape I’ve used.
This stuff really sticks. I have to pay attention as to how much I use. I have put on more than needed, which created a challenge getting the pieces separated.

double sided tape
Does a pretty good job! I did have it come loose on my first attempt on the lathe, but that could have been I didn't clean the surface good enough. After re-taping an re-truing, it held great! Used a putty knife to pry it off the sacrificial block. Easy clean up of the surface with mineral spirits.

Kirk M on Aug 9, 2018
I plan to use it to attach guides for using the 22627 lock miter bit to cut end grains on boards. I have been unsuccessful at developing fixtures to hold the board for a vertical cut; the boards tweak somewhat as the cut is made, so they don't cut square. I saw this on youtube and figured I'd give it a try.

How easy is it to remove the adhesive from the workpiece after you're done?
gr8dane on Jan 28, 2016
BEST ANSWER: It is quite easy to pull it off so long as you can get it started. DON't jab a screwdriver under it and ruin your
workpiece. The tape is quite stickily. Use another small piece of tape to pull on the tape o your workpiece.
It will stick to it so you can pull up an end. cheers!
What is the thickness of the tape?
Billy B on Dec 30, 2016
BEST ANSWER: Right off the roll the tape measures .013". When applied and pressed together it will be thinner.

I bought another brand. It was clear and thin like cellophane tape I am looking for what I am used to.a white tape somewhat thicker to you carry such a tape?
A shopper on Jun 7, 2015
BEST ANSWER: This tape is much thicker and is not clear. It holds strong. I use it to hold down templates for routing signs. Is a bit difficult to remove the backing from either side. I use an exacto knive with a very sharp blade for this.
does it have a foam backing?
A shopper on Aug 25, 2015
BEST ANSWER: No foam. It's similar to carpet tape but not as gummy.
I am looking for double-sided tape for holding a template to a workpiece while cutting to final size with a flush trim bit in my router. Do you have tape for this purpose?
Greg S on Nov 22, 2015
BEST ANSWER: Greg, I found the tape to be very strong, should work.
