These solid carbide CNC router bits are designed specifically for cutting soft plastic materials such as UHMW, ABS, PC, PS, PP, PET, HDPE and HIPS. The O-flute design provides a cooler cut that helps avoid melting. Each bit features a straight shaft with up-cut spiral flutes to help pull dust and chips up and out of the cut to prevent clogging. Solid carbide construction provides excellent strength and long-lasting cutting edges.
