Works great in my Laguna band saw
I have a small hobby shop, not a commercial production shop, and this blade has been performing just fine for a couple of years now.

Woodworking Experience:
Very pleased with overall performance of this blade. Laguna says the 1412 and 14BX will accept a 1/8 inch blade. Disappointed that Laguna doesn’t have 1/8 or even a 3/16 blade available.

Great Blade for Laguna 14"
Great blade and great customer service from Rockler. Package arrived on time and I was able to finish my project on time.

Laguna blades are top quality and I recommend both the resaw king 3/4" and the 1/4"

Laguna band saw blade
Cuts through dense, exotic purple-heart wood (3" thick) like a hot knife through butter. Tracks completely straight and true.

I use my band saw somewhat like a scroll saw at times and a narrow blade is required for making tight curves.

I had good luck with the Laguna Shear Force 5/8" X 115" blade on my BX14 band saw, but the radius capability of the 5/8" blade is pretty poor. I expect the 1/4" should be a good choice for radius work.
Carolyn B on Apr 18, 2019
I have been doing semi-tight curves on a rocking horse I am building, but I have been using a different brand machine that was less powerful with a probably 3/8 or 1/2 blade, which required a number of relief cuts. I believe this blade will make the job easier.
Franklin C on Apr 3, 2019
Great for crafting and making those tight cuts a breeze!
Tadd S on Feb 20, 2019
Having both blades would have been better, but this will suit my needs at this time, if not then the 1/2 inch will be purchased.

correct size blade for cutting 4-5 inch stock for woodcarving?
Joyce V on Jul 24, 2015
BEST ANSWER: If you are re-sawing thick stock into smaller pieces I would use a 5/8 resaw blade. A 1/4 inch blade is good for tight turns but sounds like you just need straight cuts.
