Rikon 10-324TG from Rockler Supplies
The Rikon 10-324TG is everything as advertised. Easy assembly, everything you need to adjust and get it running right, plus lots of extras on the saw and in the manual. Rockler ordering and shipping were simple and on time.

Woodworking Experience:
Rikon 14in Bandsaw
I have had the saw for about a month and I am really happy with it. I purchased it for re-sawing large pieces and it does the job well. Set up was easy, blade was in place and ready to run. Came with 1/2in - 4TPI blade.

A winner
Easy, well documented assembly and adjustments. Up and running in an hour. Cuts like a dream. Have not done any heavy duty resawing yet but it cut through 7 inch diameter maple crotch wood like butter. This is my first full size band saw and it runs surprisingly quiet. I researched and procrastinated for quite a while before pulling the trigger. I consider this saw a bulls eye!
I added a mobile base using Rockler Power Tool Mobile Base Hardware (Item # 92051) and some oak 2x2's.

Woodworking Experience:
great machine!
I had a Jet for years- but this Rikon is like the difference between a skateboard and a Porsche.does a great job resawing exotic and domestic woods, the tension release lever is a great plus, tool free blade guide setup makes changing blades easy. altogether a good piece of engineering and a pleasure to use. Dust collection port is adequate, but way better than what I used for 19 years.Setting the lower wheel to track correctly can be a pain but it is do-able. A few of the hand setting knobs and levers under the table could be improved but they are OK. I'm glad I got this bandsaw and hope to use it for many years.

Woodworking Experience:
Nice saw
Just purchased this saw, have been using to cut PTFE (Teflon) blocks. Love saw, very well built, easy to adjust, quick assembly, good build quality. Easy to set saw tracking, all adjustments ‘tool-less’.

Highly recommend.

Quality, Features, Price
Robert J on Mar 18, 2020
I can change it to a metal saw in the future with a VFD kit. The price is decent. I wish it had cast iron wheels and a more powerful motor.
Steven K on Mar 17, 2020
Based on features and price it was the best value for my needs. Included everything I was looking for my woodworking hobby.

what does the stand weigh? what does the band saw weigh? is there lots of assembly involved? can two men easily move and install it in a work shop?
GEORGE P on Jan 4, 2020
BEST ANSWER: Saw is heavy (200 lbs). Nice table, very robust. Assembly took 30 min with two people, very simple. However, saw is heavy so I would recommend a helper. Nice YouTube video explains how to setup including blade tracking.
does the fence come with it?
Brianesr on Jan 22, 2020
BEST ANSWER: Yes, nice fence, very stable.
Can it be converted from 115V to 230V?
Fordney R on May 29, 2020
BEST ANSWER: Yes, it can be converted to 230v. As received from the factory, the bandsaw is ready to run at 115V operation. It can be switch to 230V. This is a link to the on-line manual
I am assuning the Rikon 10-324tg comes with a standard multi purpose blade. On your website I'm not finding a 111" resaw blade?
Jerry C on Mar 25, 2020
BEST ANSWER: Hi Jerry, I just purchased this saw. I am really happy with it. The blade is half inch, 4 teeth per inch. It works well for resawing.
I will be installing the band saw in a continuous work counter top and need additional dimensions. 1. Size of the base on the saw itself? 2. Bottom of base to top of table? 3. Width of space needed to open the door on the bottom to change the blade? 4. Does the table width include the bar with knob on the left side of the table? If not, how much more space is needed? 5. Does the fence tilt? If so, how much?
Robert M on Mar 4, 2020
BEST ANSWER: I recommend you consult Rikon's website and/or contact their support for these questions. There are additional specs and the manual available here:
Can you shorten the base? Im 5foot 3 and the table height is too tall for me
Laurie D on Mar 1, 2020
BEST ANSWER: You could shorten the base, but it would require cutting and re-welding. Alternatively, you could make your own base for the bandsaw.
How does the resaw bar work?
Wade C on Feb 28, 2020
BEST ANSWER: I have not given you an answer because it’s still in the box. I haven’t had the time to put it together and use it.
