The best wood glue available, BAR NONE
I have used the tite bond brand for years, on occasion I would try one of the new glues on the market and they are too messy or just virtually unusable. This is the only glue that I have found that is easy to work with and holds over time. Many other glues fail after 5 to 10 years. This one will last for the life of the wood. Easy to use and easy cleanup.

Principal
It is a very durable wood glue as long as the edges are jointed uniform the glue joint is stronger than the wood, Try to break it & the wood will split but not where the glue joint is

Best glue made
Is tacky initially which I like so pieces don't slide all over the place. Other glues don't have that and it can get pretty messy...

What is the shelf life of titebond original glue?
A shopper on Jul 26, 2015
BEST ANSWER: In March of 2009, we switched to the new lot numbering system. The new one is:
The first digit represents A for America (made in), the second digit is the last digit of the year of manufacture, the third and fourth digits
represent the month, the fifth and sixth digits represent the day of the month and the last four digits represent the lot number.
Example:
A904270023 – This material was manufactured on April 27, 2009
are there any guidelines for using wood glue on a baby's crib?
Dennis D on Aug 23, 2015
BEST ANSWER: I made a bassinet and I used titebond 3 because it is water proof. I didn't worry about my son getting to the glue because it was in a morse or a hole for dowels. So until they get teeth they can't get into it and it will be unlikely that they will chew on it to the glue, when they do have teeth.
Which is better for miniature woodwork models - Titebond Thick and Quick or Titebond Original wood glue?
SamihG on Jan 10, 2018
BEST ANSWER: I would use the Original, thick and quick would be too thick for miniatures. You don't need clamps if you have tight joints, just hold for 30 to 60 seconds then set aside for 30 minutes before adding other pieces. This is for miniatures. For regular sized pieces you need to attach clamps and in warm weather leave the clamps on for at least 2 hours.
