Wixey Digital Angle Gauge with Backlight

Item #
94% of 100

For cutting bevels, miters and compound angles, it's tough to beat the ease and accuracy of the Wixey Digital Angle Gauge. Since the magnets in the gauge click right onto the saw blade, it takes a true reading of the blade's actual angle, accurate to within 0.1° resolution. The zero button calibrates the angle gauge to any reference surface so there's no need to worry if your table saw isn't leveled perfectly. Works great for miter saws and table saws, and for setting the angle of your jointer fence and band saw table.

  • Now features a green backlit screen for easy readability
  • Zero button calibrates the gauge to any reference surface
  • No more errors in parallax from reading the angle gauges on your miter saw
  • Digital gauge with large easy-to-read LCD
  • Built-in super strong magnets secure the angle gauge to any ferrous metal saw blade
  • 0.1° resolution
  • Auto shut off preserves battery life

Digital Angle Gauge
The only accurate to set your saw blade angle. Zero it on the saw table and set the blade to 45.0 degrees, and you cut perfect miters.

This one was actually a gift for my son. I can’t tell you how many times this comes in handy. Even if you are just setting your blade at 90 degrees. You will know you have it right.

Wixey is Wonderful
I finally can adjust my chopsaw's blade angle! I also was able to confirm the settings on my table saw. Haven't tried it on the drillpress or the joiner yet, but will. Great tool. Easy to use and rugged.

My angle gage does not use a triple A battery. It uses a flat round watch type of battery. The size battery is not on the gage . I have lost the battery and can't find the size. Can you help?
albert f on Mar 10, 2017
BEST ANSWER: The CR2032 is the part number of the battery, you can find these at most stores that sells batteries.
Can this be used to check the angle on a miter saw?
DeWtt on Oct 23, 2018
BEST ANSWER: Hello DeWitt,
You have to zero it out first (where the board sits), then (place on the saw blade) you may use it for the bevel (tipping the blade).
If you are talking about just angling the blade then you would have to use the Wixey protractor and ruler. Zero it out on the back support and then place the other half of the protractor on the blade.
Just got my unit, wixey model 300, put in battery turned on unit screen said erro. turned off tried again erro. No manual so went on line read instruction push on/off twice as instructed unit turn off. Changed battery same results what give?

BEST ANSWER: Here is a response to your question from Barry Wixey himself:

"All of our products are designed by us here in the US and we have patents on
all of them. Our products are made exclusively for us in a small privately
owned factory in China. We have a one year warranty on everything we sell
and we are responsible for the quality and service regardless of where the
products are manufactured.
